Underdeveloped Male Sex Organs
In this symptom the body will be of a male, but the genitals will not be fully developed. You may say that the sex organs will be underdeveloped and smaller in size, though being male one.
You may say that the organs will be small enough not to be sexually active. This is a symptom in which the person has all the male features but cannot perform the role of a male partner in a sexual relationship.
This is the phase when the puberty begins. The bodily changes start taking place. Normally, a male starts having his mustache, beard and bodily hairs in this phase of puberty.
